Shipping Policy
How It Works
Once you express interest in a product through our inquiry form or WhatsApp, we confirm availability and discuss delivery personally. Shipment is arranged only after mutual agreement on the product, price, and delivery details.
Delivery Timeframes
- Within Germany: 3–7 business days after shipment confirmation
- Rest of Europe: 7–14 business days after shipment confirmation
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on your country and the size/weight of your order. We will confirm the exact shipping cost during our personal communication before you commit to any purchase.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number with you via WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside Germany, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Window
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it, provided it meets the conditions below.
Conditions for Return
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Tags and packaging must be intact
- The item must not have been altered or dry-cleaned
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased at a sale or discounted price
- Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or made-to-order items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your wishlist is stored only in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device.
